A couple of new features and a fix in this release:
- Auto-thread — a thread is now opened automatically for each application, giving reviewers a dedicated space to discuss, leave notes, and coordinate before accepting or denying.
- Application trash — deleted applications are moved to a trash folder on the dashboard instead of being permanently removed right away.
- Fixed an issue where webhook messages were reported as failed even when webhooks were disabled.
