No. Voting is free, the spin is free, and there is no card anywhere in it.
The hours you win are added after it, so none are lost: a trial, a gift or an earlier prize keeps running, and your prize starts when it ends.
Anyone who voted and is a member of that server. You do not need to manage it.
No. Every spin wins, and when a spin cannot happen (a limit, a closed site) the vote is kept for later.
