One command and you take applications.
Run /setup in your server. Mico makes the role, the channels and a panel, and posts it. Nothing to configure first.
/setupTakes a few seconds. Only you see the reply.
A few seconds later
Your server is ready for applications
What was set up
- Reviewer role @Application Reviewer: made for you
- #apply, where people apply: made for you
- #application-reviews, private, where applications arrive: made for you
Your panel
Staff applications with 4 questions, in #apply
Free Premium
This is your server's first posted panel, so it has Premium free for 14 days, until 6 Nov 2026. Nothing to pay and nothing to cancel.
Only you can see thisDismiss message
What it makes.
It uses what you already have and makes only what is missing.
1
A reviewer role
A role made for reviewing, your Staff, your Moderators or your Admins, in that order, when one exists. Otherwise "Application Reviewer" is made.
2
Where people apply
An #apply channel everyone can read. An existing one is used, and Mico is given what it needs to post there.
3
Where applications arrive
A private #application-reviews channel for the reviewers and Mico. One everybody can read is left alone, and a private one is made.
4
A panel, posted
A "Staff applications" panel with four questions and AI scoring on, posted in #apply with its Apply Now button.
Mico needs Manage Channels and Manage Roles for this, and you need Manage Server. New servers get Premium free for 14 days with their first posted panel. No card.
Then three things.
Apply yourself
Press Apply Now on the panel to see what applicants see, from the first card to Application sent.
What applying looks likeMake it yours
Change the questions, the design and the AI scoring with /panel, or on the dashboard.
What you can changeChoose your reviewers
Give the reviewer role to the people who decide. They accept or deny in the review channel.
How reviewing works
If it does not work.
What the card says, and what to do.
- This server already has a panel
- /setup is for a server with no panel yet. Change your panels or make another one with /panel.
- Mico needs two permissions for this
- Give Mico's role Manage Channels and Manage Roles in Server Settings, then run /setup again. They make the channels and the reviewer role.
- Setup could not finish
- Discord refused part of it. Nothing that was already there was changed. Try /setup again in a minute.
- The panel was made but could not be posted
- Open /panel, pick the panel and press Post. The card says what Discord refused, usually a permission in that channel.
Before you run it.
Anyone with Manage Server in that server. Only they see the reply.
It never renames or deletes anything. It reuses what fits and makes only what is missing. In a channel it reuses, it adds only its own permission to post there. The card it answers with says which is which.
No. Every application gets a score and a short reason, and a person accepts or denies. Automatic decisions happen only if you set them on a panel.
A server's first posted panel starts 14 days of Premium, once per server: your own design and messages, opening hours, webhooks and more AI scores. No card, and nothing to cancel.
