Our Story
It started with a question: why do Discord communities still handle applications manually when AI could do the heavy lifting?
We built AI Ticket Bot in December 2024, a Discord bot for smarter support ticket management. By late 2025 it was running on over 3,000+ servers. The response pushed us to keep going.
From there, we saw a bigger gap: communities needed a proper way to handle staff applications, event sign-ups, and member screening. That's what Mico is built for.

The Idea
Started as a hobby project to experiment with Discord bots and AI integration.

AI Ticket Bot Released
Released AI Ticket Bot, our first production Discord bot. Communities started picking it up right away.
Late 2025
3,000+ Servers
AI Ticket Bot reached 3,000+ communities. The response blew us away and proved the concept.
